Pre-order Policy

Pre-orders must be paid in full when the order is placed.

Estimated delivery is 60–80 business days from the date the order is placed. This timeframe refers to when you can expect to receive your product, not when it will be dispatched.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed, except where required by applicable law.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and any available options, including cancellation and a refund where required by applicable law.
